Read the Instructions given below:

  • Each institute is allowed to register a maximum of three delegations. If you are registering more than one team, name the teams as (School Name)-A,(School Name)-B and (School Name)-C respectively.
  • Each delegation would consist of 7-10 members. One faculty advisor and two observers are allowed per institute.
  • Private delegations are allowed.
  • Registration fee is Rs. 1000 /- per delegate/observer. Social Events ticket is for Rs 800 /- if bought along with initial registration. Otherwise, it will cost Rs 1000 /- when bought during the conference. Delegation Registration fee is Rs. 2000 /-. Faculty advisers have no registration fee. Thus, the total amount to be paid is: Rs. (2000 (Delegation Registration) + 1000 x No. of delegates/observers + 800 x No. of Social Event tickets bought).
  • The Social events ticket will be required to attend the themed dinner and the carnival.
  • For those who do not buy the Social Events ticket at the time of registration, the tickets will be made available during the conference at the registrations desk.
  • The details for how the payment is to be made shall be communicated to the respective head delegates/observers (in case of single application) after the online registration along with the confirmation of acceptance for their delegation.
  • All delegates/observers are required to fill in the waiver of liability form. These signed forms are to be handed in along with the payment package after registrations. The download link for the waiver of liability form can be found on the home page.
  • Outstation delegations who want information regarding accommodation should contact Abdul Ahad (Director Registrations and Accommodation), 03009709796. Or they may email us at registrations@smamun.org and they would be provided with all the information
  • Teams with less than seven members will be required to send a separate email to the registrations department(registrations@smamun.org) in order to have them adjusted accordingly.

  • When you register you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Mary’s Academy and all SMAMUN employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, liability,loss,cost or obligations, including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees and expenses, which may arise out of travelling to, participating in, and/or returning from SMAMUN 2011 conference at Saint MAry’s Academy Rawalpindi : Furthermore, by the registered, but excluding any liability for injury, death or damaged caused solely by the willful or negligent acts of SMAMUN or Sainy Mary’s Academy.
