* Each institute is allowed to register a maximum of three delegations. If you are registering more than one team, name the teams as (School Name) A,(School Name) B and (School Name C) respectively.

* Each delegation would consist of 7-10 members. One faculty advisor and two observers are allowed per institute.

* Teams with less than three members will be required to send a separate email to the registrations department in order to have them adjusted accordingly.

* Private delegations are allowed.

* Registration fee is Rs. 1000 /- per delegate/observer. Social Events ticket is for Rs 800 if bought along with initial registration. Otherwise, its Rs 1000 when bought during the conference. Delegation Registration fee is Rs. 2000 /. Faculty advisers have no registration fee. Thus, the total amount to be paid initially is: Rs. (1000 x no. of delegates/observers + Delegation Registration + 800 x no. of Social Event tickets bought).

* For those who don’t buy the Social Events ticket at registration, the tickets shall be sold during the conference at the registrations desk.

* Payments are to be made by cheque/ bank draft in favor of Saint Mary’s Academy. Please write your team ID at the back of the bank draft/ cheque for purpose of identification. SMAMUN takes no responsibility for Bank drafts /cheques received without correct team ID (the team ID would be provided at the end of online registration process).

* All delegates are required to fill in the waiver of liability form. And bring them along with themselves on registration day.

* Delegations from outside the Rawalpindi/Islamabad region cannot be guaranteed accommodation. However the accommodation department would assist them in all ways in this regard.

* Last date for registrations is XXX July 2010. All payments and other accompanying documents must reach the following address by this date.

*By registering for Smamun and clicking the submit button you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Mary’s Academy and all Smamun employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, cost or obligations, including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees and expenses, which may arise out of traveling to, participating in, and /or returning from the Smamun 2011 conference at Saint Marys Academy, Rawalpindi; Furthermore, by those who register for Smamun 2011, but excluding any liability for injury, death or damage caused solely by the willful or negligent acts of Smamun or Saint Marys Academy
